Values Coach Certification
Values Coach Scholarship
The Values Institute turns eight this year. To celebrate, we’re funding eight full scholarships to the Values Coach Certification. Applications close Thursday, September 10.
Apply nowWhy we’re doing this
Since 2018, the Values Institute has helped tens of thousands of people across more than 100 countries identify what matters most to them. One pattern shows up in every dataset, every region, every age group: people know their values far better than they live them.
Closing that gap is coaching work. It takes someone trained to ask the right questions and hold people to their answers. There are not enough of those people.
So, eight scholarships. One for every year.
What the scholarship covers
The complete Values Coach Certification, at no cost to you:
- 8 modules and 35 lessons, self-paced
- 6 practical assignments that build your coaching toolkit
- The Values Coaching Questions resource
- Certification on completion
Who it’s for
People who will put it to work. Coaches and facilitators. HR and people leaders. Educators, counselors, and managers who coach their teams. You might be building a practice or leading inside an organization. Either way, we want to hear what you’d do with the certification in your first 90 days.
You don’t need existing coaching credentials. You do need a plan.
What we ask of scholars

- Write a short reflection on your experience, which we may publish

Common questions
Do I need coaching experience?
No. Some scholars will be experienced coaches adding a values lens. Others will be leaders who coach as part of their role. What matters is your plan for using it.
Is it a full scholarship?
Yes. All eight cover the full certification fee.
What if I'm not selected?
You'll hear from us on Friday, September 11, and we'll have something for you. We can only fund eight, but we don't want the other applications to go to waste.
Can I nominate someone?
Yes. Send them this page.
