Over the course of my career in nonprofit leadership, partnership development, and organizational strategy, I’ve had the privilege of working with extraordinary leaders and organizations navigating complexity and creating meaningful impact.

Today, I work as an executive coach, strategic advisor, and consultant, partnering with founders and leaders who want to think more clearly, explore new possibilities, and move forward with confidence. My approach is values-centered, grounded in the belief that meaningful and sustainable progress begins with understanding what matters most and aligning our choices, actions, and ambitions accordingly.
