Louise Madgwick is a Certified Values Coach, Life Coach, Mentor and Transition & Reintegration Specialist, practising since 2018. She helps people reconnect with what matters when significant change, pressure or circumstance has disrupted their clarity, identity or direction, using values as an anchor for intentional choices and meaningful forward movement. Louise also works with leaders and organisations to close the gap between the values they state and the behaviours people actually experience, supporting greater alignment between values, leadership and culture.
